About the position
Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving automation frameworks and infrastructure. This role focuses on enhancing testing efficiency, debugging failures, and effectively communicating results through high-level reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and motivated, with a strong passion for quality and automation in the software industry.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve automation frameworks and infrastructure.
- Develop innovative tools to boost testing efficiency and debug failures.
- Monitor, analyze, and report test automation results.
- Communicate results effectively with high-level reports.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in the software industry with a passion for quality processes.
- Ability to define, design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Strong experience in Java, object-oriented methodology, Selenium, and TestNG.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience in testing and automating APIs and UIs.
- Experience in developing UI Automation Frameworks from scratch using industry best practices.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, test methodologies, and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Mathematics or Computer Science/Applications or a similar field.
