Responsibilities

• Expand mobile offering into a best-in-class app.
• Oversee the technical architecture of the mobile product.
• Ensure scalability and performance of the mobile application.
• Ensure cross-platform interoperability.
• Enable interactive, performant maps with hundreds of thousands of data points.
• Streamline user access to important information quickly.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Extensive experience applying best practices to build robust mobile applications with React Native.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and related frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Expo and Mapbox.
• San Francisco or Washington DC based candidates strongly preferred.
