About The Position
Handshake is hiring a Senior Software Engineer role on the Handshake Promotions Team. In this role, you will contribute to the team's mission of driving Marketplace Outcomes like attributable hires, impressions and CTR to name a few, through product innovation; acquisition, and revenue generation. This is an exciting space where you will help build the ad engine, forecasting system and bidding platform for promotions on the entire Handshake product. You will have the opportunities to lead large projects through all developmental stages-- from early brainstorming and requirements refining, visual design, architectural design, experimental design, scoping, execution, and finally release.
