About the position

The Senior Software Engineer - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at Cotiviti, Inc. is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions for the Cotiviti product suite. This role involves maintaining the Automation Anywhere environment, resolving software issues, documenting application specifications, and enhancing software performance. The engineer will collaborate with various stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement in technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for the Cotiviti product suite.
• Schedule, monitor, and maintain the Automation Anywhere environment.
• Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal or external customers.
• Document specifications, design, features, and operation of applications prior to production rollout.
• Execute solution enhancements to improve software performance and availability.
• Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards while developing systems.
• Explore new ideas and contribute to existing processes or systems to improve efficiency and results.
• Continuously improve knowledge of new technologies integrated into the Cotiviti product suite.
• Execute all facets of the Cotiviti software development lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with senior developers, offshore teams, business owners, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor other developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of Robotic Process Automation development experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience in the same field.
• 2 years of experience with data extraction, Automation Anywhere, SQL database, and Citrix.
