About the position

As a Senior Software Engineer at LogicManager, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative features for our leading risk management platform. This position emphasizes collaboration with UX designers and product architects, ensuring that our software remains at the forefront of technology. You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to both hands-on development and process improvements while exploring new technologies to enhance our tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of standout features for the risk management platform.
• Achieve hands-on development excellence in the product and technology stack.
• Review code and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality work.
• Participate actively in the agile development process, contributing to continuous improvements and efficiency gains.
• Explore and pilot new technologies to keep the technology stack up-to-date.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products.
• Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in modern Javascript frameworks or libraries such as React, with solid backend skills in Java and RESTful APIs (AJAX, JSON).
• Well-acquainted with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative in taking on tasks and guiding junior engineers.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep front-end experience with React.
• Experience with Typescript.
• Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and modern cloud-based SaaS development.
