GEICO's Infrastructure and Capacity Planning is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to build and manage a new team of engineers who are passionate about creating engineering solutions, including tools, frameworks, and automation for Cloud Infrastructure. This newly established organization is focused on enabling optimal cloud capacity for all application teams to run enterprise-wide products. The workloads are distributed between On-prem, Azure, and AWS, providing exciting opportunities to tackle complex problems in a Hybrid-cloud model. As a Senior Manager, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' experience and contribute to GEICO's mission of technology transformation. In this role, you will be an engineering leader responsible for guiding members of the engineering staff across the organization to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, providing the right capacity at the right time.
