As a Senior Software Engineering Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the program test strategy and management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automation test strategies for both web and API testing, leveraging your strong hands-on experience. Your expertise will be crucial in deriving effective regression strategies and executing end-to-end validation strategies. This hybrid role requires you to work three days in the office located in Minneapolis, MN, and the remaining days can be worked remotely. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in test management. Proficiency in UI and API testing is essential, as well as strong test management skills.
