About the position
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Test Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives within their IT team. This permanent role involves overseeing test strategies and management for various projects, ensuring high standards in software testing, particularly in UI and API testing. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office located in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities
- Drive Program Test Strategy
- Drive Program Test Management
- Drive Automation Test Strategy (Both Web & API Automation) with strong Hands-on Experience
- Derive effective Regression Strategy
- Execute End to End validations strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience
- 8-10 years of Test Manager experience
- UI and API Testing experience
- Strong Test Management skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Javascript based Web Automation
- Experience with Rest-assured or any other API Automation tool
