About the position

As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in a 6-month project focused on building third-party integrations. This position is fully remote and requires a deep understanding of backend development, particularly in creating seamless integrations with various third-party tools. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the requirements and scope of the integrations, designing and implementing the integration processes, and ensuring that all features of the third-party tool are effectively enabled and utilized. You will be tasked with identifying the necessary data inputs and outputs, determining the required transformations for onboarding data, and designing workflows for data transfer between internal systems and the third-party tool. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that the integration meets the needs of the organization and functions smoothly within the existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements and scope of the integrations
• Build end-to-end integration with third-party tools
• Design, implement, test, and release the integration with the third-party tool
• Identify what data is needed in and out of the system
• Determine what transformations need to be made to onboard that data into the third-party tool
• Design data in-out workflows and data transfer methods between internal systems and the third-party tool
• Ensure integration serves needs and all features in the third-party tool are enabled

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in backend development
• Experience with Java and SBN
• 5+ years experience in building integrations with third-party tools
• Experience with ERPs, CRMs, Rights and Royalties tools
• Experience with multiple methods of data transfer
• Bachelor's degree or above
