The position requires developing insightful analyses of program-related metrics and collaborating with multiple functional groups to enhance the pace of discovery and innovation in engineering and science.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to plan, track, and execute complex, cross-organizational programs while maintaining focus on quality.
• Perform program analysis, handle risk, identify and influence vital course corrections, and communicate program status across management levels.
• Assess and improve processes in the agile software development lifecycle and mentor others on those processes.

Requirements

• Expertise in agile, cross-organizational software development programs in a commercial software environment.
• Ability to influence others to achieve goals without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing and reporting metrics for engineering development.
• Familiarity with work management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Educational background in software, mechanical, or electrical engineering.

• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, or comparable products.
