About the position

The TIDS Sr. Software Quality Assurance Analyst at TELUS International is responsible for developing application system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. This role requires a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications system testing and validation procedures.
• Create, prepare, and implement testing strategies.
• Conduct manual and automation testing.
• Write automation scripts using Selenium web driver and Java.
• Utilize JIRA to log defects and track project progress.
• Work with Salesforce software and functional systems, including implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Tech Lead, Test Lead, or related role.
• Experience in creating, preparing, and implementing testing strategies.
• Proficiency in manual and automation testing.
• Experience writing automation scripts using Selenium web driver and Java.
• Familiarity with JIRA for defect logging and project tracking.
• Experience with Salesforce software and functional systems.
