About the position

The Senior Software Systems Architect at Schneider Electric plays a pivotal role in the Power Products division within the Energy Management Business Unit. This position is focused on delivering high-value digital solutions through effective data modeling, API design, and performance optimization. The architect will develop scalable architectures while ensuring strong governance and execution methodologies, all within a fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture of digital solutions for clients.
• Develop scalable and efficient architectures for digital systems, analyzing current business platforms and cloud technologies.
• Meet project deliverables and deadlines aligned with DevOps practices and security principles.
• Define effective APIs for integration of various software systems.
• Ensure data integrity and efficient access critical for performance.
• Focus on developing customer-centric systems that deliver high business value.
• Participate in Voice of Customer sessions to optimize software solutions and user-centric design.
• Oversee deployment and integration of digital systems, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and external teams.
• Provide technical direction to ensure smooth implementation with technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks or issues during the project.
• Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet company standards.
• Conduct code reviews and post-implementation reviews for successful delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital systems architecture and design.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies and multiple programming languages.
• Proven project execution skills in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in developing scalable architectures and defining APIs.
