The ServiceNow Partner Design Studio is actively seeking a Solution Architect to join their team. As a Solution Architect, you'll play a crucial role in co-creating innovative solutions with ServiceNow partners. You will provide technical expertise and guidance, acting as a trusted advisor to partners. Your insights from successful ServiceNow projects will help partners make informed decisions that drive business outcomes. The Design Studio Architect leads stakeholders through creating partner-branded offerings using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring partners can realize the value they need by leveraging best practices and industry standards. In this role, you will engage in strategic discussions based on industry trends, market positioning, and horizontal opportunities, helping partners deploy ServiceNow effectively as a solution. You will work closely with market-making strategic partners, serving as their technical and design guide, understanding their business imperatives and specializations. Leading discussions about ServiceNow platform and technology capabilities will be essential, as will collaborating on business plans, defining goals, strategies, and measurable objectives. You will facilitate design workshops to help partners uncover market needs and document user personas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring offerings to market. Additionally, you will assist in defining offerings and project scoping, identifying necessary capabilities for successful delivery, and cultivating relationships to promote partner solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead stakeholders in creating partner-branded offerings using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Engage in strategic discussions based on industry trends and market positioning.
  • Work closely with strategic partners to understand their business imperatives and specializations.
  • Lead discussions about ServiceNow platform and technology capabilities.
  • Collaborate with partners to create business plans, define goals, strategies, and measurable objectives.
  • Facilitate design workshops to uncover market needs and document user personas.
  • Develop a clear understanding of partners' solution offerings and co-creating goals.
  • Assist in defining offerings and project scoping, identifying necessary capabilities for successful delivery.
  • Cultivate relationships and communicate with ServiceNow field to promote partner solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical sales, pre-sales, or similar experience.
  • Material experience working with technology partners, either at a partner or OEM level.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
  • Familiarity with industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies.
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Experience engaging with CxO-level executives in large corporate enterprises and government environments.
