About the position

The Solution Architect at Intuitive leads intricate enterprise customer engagements, driving project implementations and ensuring positive outcomes through expert knowledge of Salesforce and industry practices. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to design solutions that enhance business capabilities and processes, while also mentoring technical resources and fostering user adoption of Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations with responsibility for architecture designs and solution strategy.
• Establish which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in customer powered architectures.
• Estimate IT projects and analyze the short and long-term impacts of various tactical options.
• Deliver expert analysis and research in defining or designing business capabilities and processes.
• Pursue ways to apply new technology to, and reuse current technology for, business processes.
• Stay up to date with current technology trends in the industry and with the applications deployed in the landscape.
• Research and design implementation strategies for new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals.
• Foster Salesforce user adoption and mentor other technical resources.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with Salesforce certification preferred.
• Previous/current implementation experience of Salesforce solutions or other related solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent knowledge of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS and PaaS.
• Good understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud architectures comfortably.
• Experience with Medical Device and Life Sciences enabling technologies.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in technology or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
