The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect team is dedicated to partnering with customers to design and build scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted customer advocate, helping organizations understand best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions and advising them on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud. Your role will involve driving successful business outcomes across a diverse set of enterprise customers, fueled by your passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions. In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute strategies that promote deep adoption and broad use of AWS within your enterprise customers. This will involve mobilizing resources within AWS and collaborating with our extensive partner network. You will work closely with AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including those in the public sector. The AWS Global Support team plays a crucial role in this process, interacting with leading companies and ensuring that world-class support is integral to customer success.
