About the position

As a Senior Solutions Engineer—Analytics at Experian, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product and Engineering teams by analyzing product features and addressing complex client-related inquiries. This position involves leveraging your analytical skills to uncover insights from large datasets, collaborating with various teams to enhance business analytics, and contributing to business development efforts. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be key in helping clients understand the value of combining their data with EMS Identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze upcoming and existing product features to support Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide analytical expertise to assist in winning new business and servicing existing accounts.
• Uncover and package insights from client and partner data.
• Utilize SQL, cloud-hosted data warehouses, and business intelligence tools to analyze data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solutions Engineers to present insights to clients.
• Operationalize metrics to improve understanding of business analytics and monitor critical data pipelines.
• Support ongoing business development projects with analytical resources.
• Develop ad hoc reports and deliver custom analysis for clients.
• Participate in A/B testing creation, implementation, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data-focused Solutions Engineer with knowledge of the online media business.
• Proficient in developing interactive and user-friendly dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Google Cloud products such as BigQuery and GCS.
• Familiarity with data processing languages such as Python, R, Matlab, or Scala.
• Ability to use the command line to process data.
