About The Position
The Senior Solutions Engineer at Confluent plays a pivotal role in the sales process by acting as a key technical advisor to customers. This position involves driving the evaluation of data streaming solutions, facilitating discussions to inspire customer adoption, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer success. The engineer will collaborate closely with Account Executives and other teams to develop technical designs that meet customer needs and help them advance their data streaming use cases from conception to implementation.
