About The Position
Solutions Engineers at Confluent are pivotal in the sales process, driving early-stage evaluations and enabling ongoing value realization for customers. This role involves partnering with Account Executives to serve as the key technical advisor, surfacing customer needs, and developing technical designs to meet those needs. Solutions Engineers facilitate discussions to inspire customer adoption of new data streaming patterns and help overcome technical challenges, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Success Team.
