About the position

The Senior Solutions Engineer at Dynatrace plays a crucial role in assisting enterprise clients with the deployment of the Dynatrace platform at scale. This position involves designing and developing solutions that enhance client engagements, contributing to the Elevate portal, and collaborating with the Enterprise Solutions Architect team on key delivery tasks. The role requires a strong technical background and offers opportunities for career advancement within the Solutions Architecture team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in solutioning complex integrations with the Dynatrace platform.
• Support the Enterprise Solutions Architect team with delivery tasks, presentations, and data analytics.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of the Elevate portal for client engagement.
• Engage with various technologies and teams to solve technical challenges.
• Refine and grow skills in development, DevOps, Business Intelligence, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience using Dynatrace or managing observability solutions.
• Strong skills in diagramming and articulating designs and solutions.
• Experience in frontend and/or backend programming languages.
• Ability to develop automation and repeatable processes/scripts.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with log analytics tools such as Splunk or ElasticSearch.
• 1+ industry certification (AWS/Azure/GCP/Kubernetes/Ansible).
• Active Dynatrace Certification.
• Understanding of PaaS concepts and implementations.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and continuous integration.
