About the position

The Senior Solutions Manager at Flatiron Health is responsible for leading the design and delivery of real-world evidence (RWE) solutions that enhance oncology research and development. This role involves managing a portfolio of client projects, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet customer needs, and driving cross-functional collaboration to maximize client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee scoping and execution of a portfolio of RWE solutions in parallel.
  • Prioritize tasks across projects and teams based on comprehensive judgment of trade-offs.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to understand customer needs and considerations affecting solutions.
  • Design fit-for-purpose RWE solutions, including patient cohort selection and analytic approaches.
  • Manage and grow junior solutions and project managers to support customer needs.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure sound decision-making and project execution.
  • Lead or support meetings with customers, communicating progress and decisions clearly.
  • Create and standardize processes to improve project efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years work experience in a client-facing role in a structured or scientific environment.
  • Experience architecting custom solutions and scoping engagements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Superb project management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfort executing in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated bias for action and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Passion to fight cancer.

  • Experience or coursework in a quantitative discipline such as biostatistics, epidemiology, or health economics.
