About the position

The Technical Business Analyst role at PGIM focuses on supporting the transition to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) by collaborating with product and technical teams to define requirements, create user stories, and facilitate the development process. This position is essential for driving the successful adoption and utilization of AEM across the organization, ensuring a seamless content creation process and effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for the AEM platform.
• Create and manage AEM page templates, Experience Fragments, and other reusable components.
• Support content authors in streamlining content creation and updates within AEM.
• Define and develop clear and actionable JIRA stories outlining business requirements and technical tasks.

Requirements

• Proven expertise as a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong background in creating and managing AEM page templates, Experience Fragments, and authoring components.
• Effective communication skills for writing clear JIRA stories and technical documentation.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with developers, product owners, and production support staff.

• Familiarity with content authoring workflows and AEM best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.
• Experience with software implementations and working directly with end users.
• Experience supporting a Content Management System (CMS).
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
