Responsibilities

  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on expected scale and take ownership of potential failures.
  • Understand customer requirements and commit to the necessary oversight for success.
  • Produce daily reports and other customer communications to build trust and provide insights.
  • Keep all systems updated for accurate reporting and identify failures, recording root causes and responsible parties.
  • Provide feedback and ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of logistics or transportation experience preferred.
