The Human Resources role at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan focuses on providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to the team. Responsibilities

  • Provide Human Resources support and guidance to BlueOval Battery Michigan team.
  • Assist in planning, development, launch, and implementation of business strategy.
  • Support alignment in HR processes to enable a competitive Battery Manufacturing framework.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies to support high-quality employee relations.
  • Ensure quality of assigned employee relations programs and processes, including engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to further company and Employee Relations goals.
  • Advise on complex HR matters from inception to resolution.
  • Support Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards.
  • Utilize data and metrics to identify employee trends and inform improvements.
  • Scan external environment for regulations, best practices, and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources processes including compensation planning and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior Human Resources experience in Manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources across multiple functions.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to guide and influence all levels.
