About the position
The Senior Specialist, Expense Quality Assurance at Navan plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence within the Expense Operations team. This position focuses on executing the Quality Assurance process, improving QA methodologies, and providing insights to enhance team performance. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting customer escalations and ensuring that the team meets high standards of quality in their operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Quality Assurance process for the global Operations team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve QA processes and drive them to completion.
- Identify coaching opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and communicate findings to leadership.
- Present QA results and report progress to the Expense Operations team regularly.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
- Strong bias for action and ability to take initiative.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Curious thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to effectively present information to managers and employees.
