About the position

At Exyte, we are seeking a Senior Specialist in HR Operations to play a pivotal role in our high-tech semiconductor project. This position is not just about managing HR tasks; it is about being the face of HR for approximately 300 project employees and leadership. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment, working alongside talented multinational experts and leaders in engineering and construction. Your role will involve establishing a strong network, building trust, and integrating into the project team, ensuring that you are a reliable point of support for all HR-related matters. Your responsibilities will include understanding the HR needs of the project, facilitating new hire orientations, and providing hands-on support for HR processes and systems. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in compliance with various regulations and ensuring effective communication within the team and across HR. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex HR issues, including compliance and labor relations. You will not be alone in this endeavor; you will have the support of various HR teams from our US regional offices to help you succeed in your role. Responsibilities

  • Establish a good network and build trust within the project team.
  • Act as the first point of support for approximately 300 project colleagues on all HR matters.
  • Facilitate and coordinate new hire orientation.
  • Research compliance and labor relation issues as they arise.
  • Provide hands-on HR process and systems-related support to project colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate files and records in compliance with company and local requirements.
  • Facilitate high levels of communication within the team and across HR.
  • Serve as an HR Subject Matter Expert or Single Point of Contact for specific HR programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Natural talent in stakeholder management and building professional relationships.
  • Comfort in navigating HR-supported systems.
  • HR process mindset with a basic understanding of US and international tax laws/regulations.
  • Highly organized and meticulous about detail and accuracy.
  • Service mentality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
