The Senior Specialist, Internal Communications at The Judge Group Inc. is a part-time role focused on providing communications support to the Global Security organization. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive communication plans to enhance awareness and adoption of tools and resources, ensuring alignment with brand requirements, and engaging with key stakeholders across the enterprise. The role requires strategic participation in defining communication objectives and delivering materials for various global events.
Responsibilities
- Provide communications support and subject matter expertise to the Global Security organization.
- Participate in strategy sessions to define communication objectives and approaches.
- Build and execute communication plans based on insights from strategy sessions.
- Ensure all communications align with brand requirements and internal culture norms.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the enterprise, including leadership and various departments.
- Coordinate the delivery of communication plans and materials for global events.
- Oversee and deliver a comprehensive communications plan for the Global Lighthouse program.
- Support additional communication requirements, including updating internal SharePoint pages and drafting employee communications.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in communications, marketing, or branding.
- Experience in event marketing or event management is a plus.
- Ability to communicate business needs and articulate them in a strategy and plan.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to issue resolution.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to measure success.
- Execution-oriented, self-starter who can prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric and solutions-oriented approach.
