About the position
The Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations Grocery Acceleration role at DoorDash focuses on enhancing the integration experience for partners in the grocery sector. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing external relationships, driving integration initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the integration platform. This position is crucial for ensuring the success of new verticals integrations and requires a blend of technical knowledge and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the success of New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers.
- Manage external relationships with New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement.
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover and drive opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and merchant insights.
- Shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners.
- Educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, webhooks, and ETL.
- Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve.
- Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
- Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
