About the position

The Senior Specialist, Partner Integrations role at DoorDash focuses on enhancing the integration experience for merchants, particularly in the grocery sector. This position involves serving as a Technical Account Manager, facilitating the onboarding and integration of partners into DoorDash's systems. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams to improve integration processes and ensure the success of new verticals.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers.
• Manage external relationships with New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover and drive opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and merchant insights.
• Shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with product and operations owners.
• Educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, webhooks, and ETL.
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve.
• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
• Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
