About the position

The Senior Specialist Solutions Consultant for Customer Risk & Due Diligence at Pega is a technical leader who collaborates with sales teams to drive the sales of Pega's CRDD applications. This role involves configuring and presenting software demonstrations to clients in the financial services industry, helping them embrace digital transformation through Pega's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build compelling demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC) using Pega platform and solution tools.
  • Collaborate and provide support in client-facing capacity in sales opportunities.
  • Work with field sales teams on Customer Risk & Due Diligence (CRDD) domain areas such as Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC), Financial Crime and Fraud Alert Management, Payments investigations, and Payments disputes.
  • Display initiative, self-motivation, and deliver high-quality results for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in technology-related roles, including Pega-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical client-facing role dealing with large complex customer landscapes.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Sufficient exposure to Banking functional/technical domain.
  • Strong affinity for technology and relevant hands-on Pega platform and solution experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge in 2-3 of the following areas: Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC), Financial Crime and Fraud Alert Management, Payments investigations, Payments disputes.
  • Experience with operational processes in large financial services organizations, ideally including KYC, AML, Fraud, and payments.
