Monitoring progress against quarterly goals related to time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, and candidate pipelines will also be a key responsibility. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and a solid understanding of recruiting principles and theories. They will be adept at sourcing senior-level talent through various channels and will have advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The role demands a self-starter who can work independently while navigating a complex global organization, delivering results with urgency and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
