About the position

The Cross Product Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple Product Lines, Value Teams, and Divisions. This role focuses on developing and promoting best practices for delivery, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams, and adapting delivery methodologies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional collaboration for initiatives spanning product lines, value teams, and divisions.
• Managing governance and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication.
• Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across different product lines or divisions.
• Navigating unexpected challenges and changes in priorities to ensure effective delivery.
• Selecting and adapting delivery methodologies to suit the needs of different initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining resource utilization and capacity planning, including cost forecasting for initiatives.
• Ensuring seamless transition of initiatives to Product Lines and operational teams after completion.
• Planning and allocating resources for cross-product delivery and coordinating with investment managers.
• Aligning with strategic vision and business objectives to drive successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Scientific or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience in resource planning, cost estimation, and financial management.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate unexpected challenges.
• Familiarity with various delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and ability to tailor them to specific needs.
• Experience in developing and implementing best practices, playbooks, and check-lists.
