This position involves owning, tracking, and resolving database-related incidents and requests, ensuring that all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The administrator will be responsible for reviewing service-related reports daily, including database backups, maintenance, and monitoring, to identify and resolve any service-related issues promptly. Additionally, the role requires responding to database alerts and escalations, collaborating with application developers and systems engineers to devise strategic solutions for recurring problems.
