About the position

The Senior SQL Developer with Integrated Eligibility Experience is responsible for developing and optimizing SQL queries and PL/SQL objects within Oracle databases. This role requires extensive experience in database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with data modeling and ETL practices. The position also involves working with web development technologies and Agile methodologies to enhance database applications.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries and develop PL/SQL objects including DML and DDL.
• Perform database and SQL performance tuning.
• Utilize data modeling and visualization tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI.
• Implement ETL practices using tools like Informatica or Pentaho.
• Debug and troubleshoot logical and functional coding errors in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Work with web development technologies including XML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle databases.
• Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and developing PL/SQL objects.
• Proficient in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of database management systems (DBMS).
• Familiarity with code repositories, ideally Git.
• Experience with continuous integration tools, preferably Jenkins.
• Knowledge of relational database designs and database security.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica or Pentaho.
• Oracle certification(s).
• Experience in web development using JavaScript frameworks like JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, or React.
