About the position

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure. This position requires extensive experience in automation, cloud infrastructure management, and collaboration with development and operations teams to enhance system performance and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to manage system and application configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system observability, logging, and alerting.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime by implementing robust incident management practices.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and maintain security compliance across all environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to improve the productivity of engineering teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments and security best practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in AWS or DevOps-related disciplines.
