In this role, you will be instrumental in developing AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that significantly enhance user experience and improve workflow efficiency for enterprise services. The approach taken by the team is innovative, aiming to make AI/ML solutions accessible to all users, regardless of their technical expertise. This fresh perspective is designed to empower users to operate enterprise services in a thoughtful and scalable manner. As the team begins to engage with early-adopter customers, your contributions will be vital in creating a diverse range of solutions for over 5,000 enterprise customers globally. Your responsibilities will include building top-tier cloud-based AI/ML solutions that drive intelligent enterprise services, collaborating closely with a team of developers, product managers, and quality engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will also work directly with product owners to grasp detailed requirements and take ownership of your code throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and delivery.
