About the position

Wealthfront is seeking a senior/staff product designer to join their design team, focusing on a new product line. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define the direction for the new product line.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions.
• Design end-to-end user experiences that meet customer and business goals.
• Communicate and present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead multiple design projects with minimal oversight.
• Engage in discussions about product strategy and user needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality, visually engaging design solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Ability to design across the entire product process from strategy to pixel.
