About the position

The Senior Staff Product Manager for Mid-Market Verticals at Intuit will lead initiatives focused on enhancing the Payments Experience for mid-market customers using QuickBooks. This role involves defining both short- and long-term product strategies and roadmaps for Accounts-Receivable and Payments products, ensuring that the solutions meet the unique needs of small businesses with 10-100 employees. The position requires collaboration across various teams to deliver a seamless and integrated product experience that drives customer acquisition and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful payments product strategies for the Mid Market businesses, solving for the growth objectives and customer needs.
  • Deliver on the Payments Experience roadmap of delivering estimation, invoicing & payments capabilities that Mid market customers use to run their business.
  • Iterate on the product strategy and translate into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes through direct delivery and partnership with core product teams.
  • Align roadmaps to ensure the end-to-end experience is solving for the same Mid market customer.
  • Lead a global cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and product functions across time zones.
  • Comfortably operate in a fast-paced environment, leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in product management delivering features that solve core customer needs.
  • Familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses is a plus.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs through various customer discovery methods including probing interviews, surveys, and follow-me homes.
  • Adept use of artificial intelligence and automation to create innovative solutions.
  • Experience in distilling insights and presenting to leadership while also getting involved at the ground level to create user stories and enable the scrum team.
  • Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment.
