About the position

The Senior Staff Product Manager (SSPM) at Intuit will lead the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP), which provides essential capabilities for Intuit's global customer base. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer interactions and driving business growth through innovative solutions. The SSPM will be responsible for the Contact Us experience, ensuring effective connections between customers and experts while fostering a culture of technology innovation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Support a product line or own complex, impactful related offerings.

  • Assign and enforce decision authority at appropriate levels; escalate and ask for help when necessary.
  • Allocate time according to priorities and provide clear objectives to help teams prioritize work.
  • Push back on low impact work and align resources with priorities.
  • Free resources to drive change by systematically cutting low return activities.
  • Rebalance resources considering impacts to all stakeholders.
  • Meet deadlines and apply process excellence techniques.
  • Run efficient meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products.
  • Experience with building and leading high performing teams.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in software development, including reading code and engaging in architecture and design discussions.
  • AI/ML expertise or experience is a plus.
  • Track record of working closely with customers and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a data-driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, leading execution across teams and influencing across organizations.
  • Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferred; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
