About the position

The position involves creating documentation to support financial and state-specific data reporting for the middle market segment. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements, while also assisting in enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create all necessary documentation to support aggregate financial and state-specific data call reporting for the middle market book of business.
  • Assist with all payment obligations affected by the middle market segment's experience.
  • Directly assist with financial data call strategy, management of timelines, data quality assurance, and reporting obligations.
  • Resolve all open bureau criticisms and work with staff to remedy systemic data anomalies.
  • Assist with support of enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives, including data store-related activity.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of regulatory bulletins and alert IT and Claims stakeholders of upcoming items of impact.
  • Create a process documentation repository to ensure a seamless transition to new workflows upon account renewal on to Arch policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of at least 4 years of work experience in Statistical Reporting, specifically in Workers Compensation insurance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical plans and insurance premium and claims data.
  • Strong knowledge of the Workers Compensation line of business.
  • Firm understanding of the various bureau data requirements.
  • Competent with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
