We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Store Manager to lead our expanding network of cannabis dispensaries across the States. As the face of our brand, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience while driving operational excellence across multiple locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the cannabis retail landscape while driving business success. As a Senior Store Manager, you will oversee the strategic growth and day-to-day operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a cohesive and high-performing team, displaying CBD Kratom brand loyalty, and enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team, ensuring they are held accountable to standards, and driving sales through a consultative sales approach. You will also lead your team in continuously learning and improving their knowledge of cannabis and kratom, while seeking ways for both the team and the store to improve. The job entails long periods of standing, lifting and moving merchandise up to 15 lbs, and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 60 lbs. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing store displays, storage areas, and restrooms, which includes stooping, bending, reaching, and twisting. You will challenge your team with clear, attainable goals, provide real-time feedback, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement and motivate the team to bring out their best.
