About the position

The Senior Strategist for B2B Content and Engagement Strategy at Razorfish will collaborate with a fintech client to develop a comprehensive B2B content strategy. This role focuses on creating effective content that addresses audience needs and leads the creative process for content briefs critical to the client's B2B platform success. Candidates should possess B2B experience and a solid understanding of the commerce, ecommerce, and fintech industries.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive messaging strategies that solve for specific audience needs and address key pain points across different B2B segments through client B2B products and solutions.
  • Design strategic customer journeys that identify key touchpoints and engagement opportunities across owned B2B channels to deliver mid to lower funnel messaging and drive customer acquisition goals.
  • Partner across the strategy team and client's internal content team to develop their B2B Global Content Strategy across owned channels.
  • Develop individual content briefs for planned content releases that guide the creation of impactful assets aligned with the client's B2B Global Content Strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally within Razorfish, client, and external agency teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing content strategies and messaging frameworks for B2B audiences.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and its application to content strategy.
  • Proficient in using research and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate strategic directions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies based on evolving insights and feedback.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience reaching B2B audiences through specific channel strategies (digital, social, email, etc.).
  • Building Ideal Customer Profiles and familiarity with B2B marketing strategies like Account Based Marketing.
