About the position

The Senior Strategy Analyst at Caterpillar Inc. plays a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies for the Strategy & Planning consulting organization within the Earthmoving Division. This position involves conducting complex qualitative and quantitative research, leading data collection and analysis, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. The analyst will work closely with consultants and management to drive strategic initiatives that contribute to the division's success in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex qualitative and quantitative research for S&P engagements using advanced research knowledge and techniques for a business segment.
• Determines research strategy, leads and oversees data collection and analysis for major S&P consulting engagements for a business segment.
• Performs complex research analyses using sophisticated models and techniques to derive key S&P trends, insights and conclusions for a business segment.
• Works closely with consultants and engagement management to synthesize research findings as S&P recommendations for a business segment.
