This includes projects such as locks and dams, floodwalls, navigation floodgates, stormwater pumping stations, outfalls, spillways, and ecosystem restoration. Our department collaborates on projects with teams across the nation and globally, combining the expertise of project managers, civil engineers, hydrology and hydraulics engineers, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, and environmental and planning specialists to deliver integrated, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the preparation of structural analyses, plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and other project documents, utilizing standard techniques while also exploring advanced methods for structural elements in flood risk management projects from planning through construction. You will collaborate with clients and AECOM counterparts to ensure stakeholder buy-in for solutions and contribute to AECOM's broader technical capabilities and innovative approaches.
