Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians in developing structural designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities and related structures.

• Conduct structural design calculations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and willingness to obtain Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design for heavy concrete structures.
• Expert knowledge of structural design principles, standards, and codes.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000, RISA-3D, or STAAD.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines with exceptional quality of work.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
