About the position

As a Senior Structural Engineer at our consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing structural engineering projects. You will be responsible for owning projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all engineering designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure all engineering designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them through complex engineering challenges.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Adapt to various project locations and environments, working both in the office and on-site.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering with a valid P.E. License; S.E. License preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering projects.
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Goal-driven individual with a desire for growth opportunities.
