About the position

The Senior Structural Engineer will join the Structural Practice Area in Peachtree Corners, GA, working under the supervision of a Division Director. This role requires a qualified engineer who is a team player with a solid work ethic, capable of interacting with clients and managing projects independently while collaborating with an integrated team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares plans and specifications for structural projects within various jurisdictions.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the structural engineering field, including engineering formulas and skills.
• Organizes, designs, and details to produce a complete set of drawings.
• Researches and writes reports/opinions, including due diligence investigations and code studies.
• Utilizes various engineering-related computer software.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in Autodesk applications, preferably Revit.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
