Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into engineering designs for warehouse systems.
• Create bills of material for projects.
• Supervise layouts and drawings for structural steel storage racks.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility.
• Provide engineering support to the sales team and customers.
• Meet with customers to resolve issues and exceed their expectations.
• Build relationships with customers, business partners, and teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Customer-focused attitude with a 'whatever it takes' mentality.
