About the position

As a Senior Supervisor at Marvin, you will lead the manufacturing team by developing and executing plant goals, policies, and procedures. Your primary focus will be on safety, quality, productivity, and the development of supervisors and team members. This role requires strong leadership and coordination across various functional areas to meet business objectives and maintain high standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for supervisors and employees within Manufacturing to meet business objectives.
• Work with all supporting functional areas coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams and activities.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, work cell facilitators, and employees, in alignment with Marvin's Values.
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain processes, products, and services of high standards established by company quality objectives.
• Efficiently use resources to execute the production schedule; continuously look for ways to optimize resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing management/supervisor/lead experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and able to hold others accountable for their actions, behaviors, and attitudes.
