About the position

As a Senior Supervisor in the Round Top Product Group at Marvin, you will lead and develop the manufacturing team to achieve key performance metrics including safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves coaching and mentoring supervisors and employees, ensuring a safe working environment, and optimizing resources to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for supervisors and employees within Manufacturing to meet business objectives
• Work with all supporting functional areas coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams and activities
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, work cell facilitators and employees, in alignment with Marvin's Values
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain processes, products and services of high standards established by company quality objectives
• Efficiently use resources to execute the production schedule; continuously look for ways to optimize resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing management/supervisor/lead experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive work attitude and able to hold others accountable for their actions, behaviors and attitudes
