Senior Supply Chain Analyst - IBP

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst - IBP, you will be an individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Applies subject matter knowledge. Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term supply plans to meet business objectives and customer demand.
• Identify capacity constraints and develop strategies to address them, ensuring smooth production and delivery schedules.
• Analyze and forecast inventory requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align supply chain strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Utilize data analytics and supply chain software to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, Bachelors of Science degree, plus 5 years related experience, or Bachelors of Art degree, plus 7 years related experience and an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years Related experience in a supply chain, operations or finance environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: supply planning, demand planning, procurement, engineering, production planning, master scheduling, inventory planning, inventory control, manufacturing, and finance.
• Requires excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with numerous functions, build consensus across functional, business units, and geographic boundaries.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong Financial Acumen a plus.
• Experience working in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must be skilled user of Microsoft Excel. Using ERP/MRP system(s) preferred.
• Participated in professional development program a plus.
• APICS certified a plus.
• Use of various software application such as MS Word, and PowerPoint a plus.
